How much does shipping cost?

  1. For Australia
  •  STANDARD shipping (TRACKING PARCEL), we charge a flat fee of $ 8.95
  • For EXPRESS shipping where available, we charge a flat fee of $11.95
  • We offer FREE STANDARD shipping across Australia for orders equal to or over $150
2. For New Zealand, we charge a flat rate $15
3. For International shipping, we charge a flat rate of $20

 How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you from Truganina 3029, Victoria

  • In most cases your order will be dispatched from 1 or 7 business days, but please allow up to 10 days business days if you place the order in busy periods.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take up to 5 or 6 business days to be delivered.
  • Express shipping orders will be delivered to all metro areas in 1 to 3 business days after being dispatched
  • International orders please allow between 7 to 14 business days from despatch (depending on location) 

Where is my order?

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping notification via email.
  • The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. 
  • If you do not receive the email notification, please log in to your Tootkids account and see the order history and the shipping status.

 

PLEASE NOTE :

Toots Kids are not responsible for any delay within Australia Post or items that are lost in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when making payment. Toots Kids will not take any responsibility if your details are incorrect & your items are sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, your item will be reshipped at your expense. If your item is not returned we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
