Term of sale 

1. We are accepting wholesale applications for retail within Australia and NZ 
2. We do not offer a drop ship service.

Minimum Spend & Active Stockist Requirements

1. The minimum spend for stockists within Australia is $1000 ( after discount ) 
2. If you require a restock of the same seasons collection the minimum is $500 AUD ( after discount ) 

Payment

1. When purchasing stock payment must be upfront via either Direct bank transfer , Credit Card or via PayPal. 
2. Once payment has been received we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 1-5 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.

Recommended retail prices 

1. Toots Kids may from time to time issue recommended retail prices for its products. These are recommended only, and there is no obligation upon a retailer to comply with the recommendations.
2. The prices at which a retailer sells, offers for sale or advertises Toots Kids products is entirely a matter for the retailer.
3. As a general rule, our recommended retail price in Australia is x 2 of the wholesale price including GST.

Postage and Handling

1. Toots Kids  will arrange for delivery of orders to the customer's premises and will add the delivery charges to the price of the goods.
2. Risk passes at the time of delivery .Toots Kids takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. We encourage you to add additional insurance and tracking to cover such risks . Please advise us we will send a separate invoice for delivery insurance. 

Refund Policy

1. We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
2. If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products at wholesale price .
3. If there is a manufacturer's defect with any garment, please complete our return request form with images and details of the defect for your refund or credit. 
4. We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn or returned without their tags. Toots Kids products must be washed only in accordance with the washing instructions on the Care Label on the product and must not be bleached or soaked.
5. Toots Kids does not accept returns on garments for poor sell through or non performance

Coupon Codes

At times we may give you a coupon code for a credit of a product, this coupon is valid for 6 mths after the date of issue.
